It's very pretty, but the crevices where the wood is joined to the epoxy is prime real estate for germs and foodborne illnesses. I'd use it as a decorative piece, or for JUST bread. Do not cut meat on that thing; especially not raw meat. Or, do. It's your life, your health, your cutting board; you get to decide. Very pretty, tho.

Be really carefull on which kind of epoxy and hardener you use, some of them can give cancer, especially if there is contact with food... Check thé data sheet of the products ;)
