Versatile stores easy
It was easy to assemble and to install. The screen does pivot and tilt. I have left it in the car it folds up to where it’s out of the way. I am using this for a 9.7inch 2017 iPad. It also holds the 7inch kindle.

VERY secure hold! Nicely designed mount!
This mount is AMAZING!! I just received it today and had it set up in just a few minutes. The instructions were clear, but I had watched the video on how to tighten the holder previously, so knew it was a two part tightening system. It holds very securely when done correctly!! We will use for our next road trip so the kids in back can watch their downloaded shows/movies together. I love how it also is easily released, so I’ll be able to switch the devices and charge as needed (or get a longer cord and having in charging while in the mount!) -very well designed product. Glad I took a chance on it!

Sturdy tablet holder
Bought this to use with a Fire tablet in a Chevy Equinox, and it works perfectly. The holder extends to hold the tablet in the middle of the front seats so all back seat passengers can see the screen. It’s sturdy, holds the tablet securely, and is easy to use.

It is great that I can put the tablet on a show ...
We go on long road trips for doctors appointments, etc. I use this for my two kids to watch shows our tablet. It is great that I can put the tablet on a show they can both watch at the same time without them fighting over who gets to hold it, someone cannot see it, etc. It is a great buy and surprising very sturdy for the price.

Quality Beyond Expectation
We purchased this mount to hold an iPad an entertain our 3 kids on a 3400 mile trip. I was a little skeptical on how well it would work and how durable it would be. My biggest concern is if it would hold the device securely even when driving on rough surfaces and I'm pleased to say that over 3400 miles there was not a single malfunction. The functioned beautifully and I remain impressed with the quality. There were even a couple of times where one of the kids accidentally (or purposefully?) kicked the mount and it held on tight without breaking or cracking. I've already recommended this mount to others. It's awesome.

Worked great with iPad Pro
This held my iPad Pro with no issues. We had it mounted in a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was rock solid for a 1200 mile trip... and it got lots of use. (I think at one point my daughter was selecting movies with her toes). I would recommend taking down the iPad and sliding the attachment off when getting in and out of the car... the kids bumped the screen and also would hit their heads on the mount when it was extended. Installed in seconds and did exactly what we needed for a long trip...

So much cheaper than a factory DVD Player in the car.
This mount has made me a better parent! My kids used to fight over who would hold the iPad. So typically we couldn’t use it in the car, because of all the fighting. Now using a 6 foot USB charger, we can hook up the iPad to the van speakers, and watch a movie as a family. We were tempted to buy a van that had A DVD player with headrest monitors, but it was like $7000! So for about $14 we got the exact same thing. Unless you count the iPad so for about $414 we got the same thing. Essentially saving over $6000 to watch a video. Super excited to have this, I might buy another one just in case we break it.

Actually work really good.
These seemed a bit flimsy when I opened them (I ordered 1 each for our 2 cars), but they are stronger than they look and hold out 10 inch kids tablet perfectly. The extension and features are just right. The only complaint I have is that the pinchers that connect to the headrest don't open quite enough. They worked fine on one of the two cars, but the other had slightly thicker posts on the headrest, and I had to tap it on with a rubber mallet and not sure ill be able to remove it without breaking it. The price is right, the cheaper ones I could find on Amazon when I looked

Better than I expected!
Ok, I'll chime in since no one else has yet... First, why did I purchase this? Well, my wife and I decided to go and purchase a new van for our kids, as we just had a 3rd child, and a car wasn't big enough anymore. At the dealership, we are looking at 2 vans, one with an entertainment system built-in and one without... Built-in entertainment system was like an extra 1500 bucks. All it was was a flip down, low-quality screen with a dvd player and 32GB of digital storage. Really!? That's what costs 1500? So, I looked into some options... What did I conclude? I could get a device like this, with a decent tablet that has a high-res screen and so on. for like 25% of the price. So, I bought a decent Windows 10 tablet, 11in, for $350 and this device for $30. BOOM, works flawlessly! I can even hotspot my tablet and stream videos from my home Media Plex server with my unlimited, unthrottled T-mobile data plan (or just load up all the videos earlier too). I also have STEAM gaming installed with some kids games and a wireless controller that work great with the tablet. You could NOT do this with the built-in expensive system. And, in the future, I am not stuck with an outdated device as I can always swap in a new tablet years from now. It is also touch-screen, and an HD screen. yay! So, let me rate this device: PROS: - Seems well-built - DOES NOT SHAKE OR JIGGLE!!! This is very rigid! - Easy to install and take off if necessary. - The flexible length made it easy to adjust the size of our van so it sat in the perfect middle - Tiltable up down left and right once tablet is placed. - My tablet once ran out of power and I threw in my wife's 8in tablet as I didn't yet have tablet car charger, no issue CONS: - Gotta keep maybe a little baggie in the glove box to hold the tablet size adjusters. (So easy to change I can't take a star away) Final Word: So, I enjoyed it. It seems like a high-quality product and does not feel cheap. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a great travel companion, but can also be great for even a 45 min commute. Just word of caution, my work gives me a higher-end tablet (Dell Venue Pro 11), and it requires 19.5v output charging, which you just can't get from a car microUSB charger, so I purchased a different one not so power hungry that permanently sits there now. Just make sure you get a tablet that you can be used whilst plugged into a car charger without draining for long road-trips.

Works well with either a phone or tablet.
The only way to make this better is if it could pivot towards the front seats for convenience of mounting the devices and turning on a show. Eventually I found the perfect way to control the shows. I use Plex (you can also do this with Netflix) and have an android car radio, I can select a show on my car radio to be played on the tablet or phone that is in the mount. I used it with my 5" phone,a 7" windows tablet, and a 7" Nabi tablet. I have not tested with larger tablets but don't see a reason why they wouldn't work unless it is real heavy.
